We had quite an active November it sure seemed like much more than just 30 days. We've had lots fun between music class, playing at Marbles with Kaden, having Avery sleep over, baking cookies, painting pictures/Macy, Grandma & Auntie Laurie coming to visit, the Christmas Parade, Thanksgiving with the Swans, and decorating the Christmas tree. Yes, those are rain boots she is wearing with a princess dress to decorate the tree. In her own words "I love my boots, I love my dress, I look simply the best" To view the pictures click here.

Arthur Harding, God rest his soul
Arthur was a wonderful man who will be greatly missed by all. He leaves us with a lot of fond memories of great times blueberry picking and bull dozing in Maine, along with some beautiful works of art that he created from his wood work. He was a compassionate man that loved his family and there was never any doubt about that.
Macy's first hair cut
Daddy left us and Mommy got brave...I finally cut her hair. Nothing major, just the back to trim it up. I won't be changing careers anytime soon, but I think I did a pretty good job. I took a page from Eliza's book and sat Macy in front of Dora. Her hair actually looks fuller now, so I'm happy with my decision. We'll see what Daddy thinks when he reads this :-)

It's been a busy month
Pictures from September, October and some November are now available for your viewing pleasure. October has definitely been a busy month. I finally gave in to Macy and we started potty training. The first 2 days were very rough, but then it was like she woke up on the third day and decided she was good. She's been very good about it, but we still have some reluctance to go on public potties, so I now have a potty in my trunk, which seems to be her potty of choice. Definitely not something I would have ever thought to have in my trunk when I bought my first car, but I must say it's been one of my best ideas. Macy took swim lessons which she was so excited for until the time came to actually enter the pool. The water was freezing, but she was a good sport for the most part. Although she has made it clear to me that she prefers to swim in the bath tub. There are plenty of pictures of her swimming. We went on a hayride/Halloween trail at a local park with the Bates family, which was fun even in the rain. They had crafts for the kids to make bugs and bats. There was also an indoor trail which had cute skits along the way about animals of the season in the woods. Macy got a new car which she was a little bummed it's not purple, but is still quite fond of it, mainly because it has a dvd player which of course plays Dora. Neil now has my old car and I've been given the honor of driving Macy's car. There are also some pictures of our visit to Lake Lynn where Macy had a blast "feed nice ducks, no feed mean ducks." There are lots of pictures from our trip to the fair and some fun pictures of hanging out around the house. We also had our additional ultra sound of baby brother. He's growing good and is on track for being a 6 or 7lber. He is definitely still a boy and more than willing to show off his parts. Our list of names is constantly changing still and probably will be until the day he's born. I think that's enough for now, Kudos to you if you're still reading this :-)

Happy Halloween!
This Halloween Macy was a pretty ballerina. Depending on the day depended on whether or not she loved her costume. The day before Halloween we went to Neil's work where it took no time at all for her to realize Halloween = strangers giving candy. She quickly turned from a sweet little girl saying please and thank you to a handsy grabber saying more. We got some manners back in place for trick or treating where she did say Happy Halloween and Trick or Treat. The morning of Halloween she got together with a few friends to pose for pictures. Macy wasn't so much about posing and in most pictures she's no where to be found, but I think she had fun playing anyways. We went trick or treating around the hood with her friend Kaden. The two of them were very brave going up to doors and running wild down the street. When they started getting tired we came back home and Macy handed candy out to people who came to the house. I think she enjoyed handing the candy out more than actually getting it. She enjoyed the Halloween season as a whole and has already declared that next year she will be a cat like Dora.
